• Rushing urgent jobs and maintaining open communication between the creative team and the account management team.
• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple advertising campaigns, including creating detailed performance reports and proposing optimization strategies
• Work directly with third party ad servers, rich media vendors, client’s, media buying and trafficking teams and internal sales staff on all elements related to creative specifications, submission and ad trafficking
• Continuously focused on ensuring that maximum revenue is retained, as well as partnering with sales representatives and clients to increase renewal rates and advertising spend

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Publisher or Ad Agency Experience
• Experience with major AdServing technology
• Rich Media Experience
• Knowledge of Ad Tag Setup & Technology
• Experience in scheduling, (trafficking), and servicing ad campaigns and advertisers
• Experience supporting advertising sales representatives and sales process
• Ability to learn new processes quickly
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• HTML, Macromedia Flash, JavaScript proficiency preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Strong interest in the internet and new media

• Graduated from the related departments of the universities.
• Ability to use Photoshop, Flash, Actionscript, Illustrator, InDesign programs,
• Ability to work on PC or MAC
• Knowledge of XHTML and HTML
• Knowledge of Java Script and CSS is prefferred
• Open to learn web and mobile interface design
• Ability to design web and mobile banners
• Used to work fast, taking responsibilities and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of internet standards and browser functionalities
• Following the recent design trends and the basics of the web/mobile interfaces.
